1. Texas-based ExxonMobil renews lease for 5 lakh sq ft office space in Bengaluru for approx ₹2 cr/ month

  • The space, located in Prestige Shantiniketan, is spread across multiple floors in Crescent 1 and Crescent 2 towers
  • The lease has been renewed for a period of 5 years with an option to renew for an additional 5 years
  • The rent has been charged at ₹49 per sq ft and will be increased by 15% every three years

2. After Dharavi, Adani Group wins ₹36,000 cr Motilal Nagar redevelopment project in Goregaon

  • Gautam Adani’s group has emerged as the highest bidder for Motilal Nagar redevelopment project
