1. Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s firm to redevelop 60-year-old Bandra housing society
- The redevelopment involves the 60-year-old Palimala Co-operative Housing Society Limited
- Atul Agnihotri is entering real estate development by taking on this project under the banner of his firm Shivansai Homemaker Infra LLP
- Atul Agnihotri, married to Salman’s sister Alvira Khan, is a Bollywood actor-producer of films like Sir, Aatish & Krantiveer
- The three-storey society has 11 members, of which five flats are owned by the Agnihotri family and Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd
2.Sri Lotus Developers, Abhishek Bachchan join hands for mixed-use development in Gujarat’s GIFT City
- The Bachchan family has officially entered luxury real estate by enetering into a JV with Sri Lotus Developers
- The upcoming development will have a mix of premium retail, Grade-A commercial offices and high-end residential units

- The apartment was purchased from Ajinkya DY Patil and Puja Anjinkya Patil of D Y Patil Group

- The property is located in Ahuja Towers in Prabhadevi, a premium residential development in the area

4.Ideal Cures founder Suresh Pareek and his wife buy two luxury flats for ₹190 cr in Mumbai’s Worli
- The apartments feature two balconies of over 1,100 sq ft, two open terraces exceeding 700 sq ft and 10 car parking spaces
- The sellers of the two apartments are Chandru Raheja, Chairman of K Raheja Corp and Jyoti Raheja
- The apartments are located on the 43rd floor of Raheja Artesia and together measure over 12,000 sq ft

5.Runwal Enterprises acquires 200 acres in Alibaug for ₹20,000-cr township
- The development has a total potential of around 20 million sq ft and a planned execution timeline of seven years
- The township will include residential and commercial spaces, a five-star hotel, golf course & social amenities
- The project will be developed under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (MR&TP) Act, 1966
- Runwal Enterprises plans to invest approximately ₹9,000 crore, with the land bordered by the sea on three sides
6.Wipro leases 1.45 lakh sq ft at Mindspace Airoli, Navi Mumbai, for a total rent of over ₹61 cr
- The agreement, signed with Mindspace Business Parks Pvt Ltd, commences on April 1, 2026, and is valid for five years (60 months)
- Mindspace, hosts major firms across IT, consulting, fintech firms including LTI–Mindtree, Accenture, Cognizant, IBM India, etc.
- In 2024, Wipro had leased 3.87 lakh sq ft in the same park for a 10-year period with starting monthly rent of over ₹2.47 cr
- The lease carries a starting monthly rent of over ₹97 lakh and includes 97 dedicated car parking spaces
7.Facebook India leases nearly 69,702 sq ft office space in Hyderabad’s Hitec City for five years
- The deal was signed with Mahanga Commercial Properties Pvt Ltd for five-years with monthly rent of approximately ₹67 lakh
- The space is located on the fourth floor of Skyview 20 at The Skyview complex
- In 2024, Facebook renewed 3.7 lakh sq ft in Hyderabad at monthly rents totalling about ₹2.8 cr
- The deal includes 70 car parking slots, with a 15% rent escalation after three years
8.Windsor Realty acquires nine office units in Mumbai’s Santacruz for ₹283 cr
- The units are spread across the 7th and 8th floors of the building
- Corporate sellers, including Prism Johnson Ltd, sold six units, while the developer’s partner sold three.
- The offices are located in Windsor, a commercial building in the Kalina area of Santacruz, Mumbai
- The transaction comprises nine commercial office units with a total carpet area of 42,340 sq ft
9.Sundaram-Clayton Sells Chennai Land for ₹560 cr to Prestige-Arihant JV
- The buyer is Canopy Living LLP, a joint venture between Prestige Estates Projects Ltd and Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd
- Canopy Living LLP plans to develop a large residential project on the prime land parcel
- The land parcel is located at Korattur village in Ambattur taluk, north-west Chennai
- The sale enables the TVS Group company to monetise non-core assets and unlock value
10.Office leasing hits record 86.4 mn sq ft in 2025; Bengaluru leads with 28.7 mn sq ft
- Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Ahmedabad recorded declines in office leasing during the year
- Global Capability Centres accounted for 63% of Bengaluru’s leasing, reinforcing its tech hub status
- Leasing volumes were 43% higher than the pre-pandemic peak recorded in 2019
- Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata saw strong leasing growth, led by Kolkata’s 69% rise to 2.3 msf
