7.Facebook India leases nearly 69,702 sq ft office space in Hyderabad’s Hitec City for five years

  • The deal was signed with Mahanga Commercial Properties Pvt Ltd for five-years with monthly rent of approximately ₹67 lakh
  • The space is located on the fourth floor of Skyview 20 at The Skyview complex
  • In 2024, Facebook renewed 3.7 lakh sq ft in Hyderabad at monthly rents totalling about ₹2.8 cr

8.Windsor Realty acquires nine office units in Mumbai’s Santacruz for ₹283 cr

  • The offices are located in Windsor, a commercial building in the Kalina area of Santacruz, Mumbai

9.Sundaram-Clayton Sells Chennai Land for ₹560 cr to Prestige-Arihant JV

  • Canopy Living LLP plans to develop a large residential project on the prime land parcel

10.Office leasing hits record 86.4 mn sq ft in 2025; Bengaluru leads with 28.7 mn sq ft
