  • She had originally purchased the same apartment from the developer Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee Group) for ₹17 cr
  • According to sources, she is likely to reinvest the money in purchasing another ₹100 crore property in Mumbai’s Bandra
  • The apartment is located on the 11th floor and was sold along with two car parking spaces

2. Hrithik Roshan’s firms buy 10 office units in Mumbai for ₹28 cr

  • Hrithik Roshan, along with Rakesh Roshan’s HRX Digitech LLP & Pramila Roshan’s Filmkunj Bombay Pvt Ltd, has made this deal
  • The office units are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Yura Business Park in Mumbai’s Andheri West

  • The sale marks an appreciation of ₹1 cr, a 41% return, over nine years
  • Bharti Singh had purchased the Goregaon apartment measuring 1,186 sq ft for ₹2 cr in 2016
  • The apartment was sold to Dhnya Ramakrishnan along with two car parking spaces
  • The apartment is located on the seventh floor of Kalpataru Regalia in Goregaon West

4. Hrithik Roshan’s sister Sunaina Roshan buys 2 office units in Mumbai’s Andheri East for ₹6 cr

  • The first unit, priced at ₹3.16 cr, has 1,217 sq ft carpet area and includes two parking spaces
  • The two offices together have a total RERA carpet area of 2,471 sq ft on the 8th floor
  • The units are in Vaidya West World One Aeropolis, the same building where her parents recently bought five offices for ₹19 cr

  • The units were purchased from Vaidya Spaces Private Limited and are located on the 8th floor of the building

6. Dream 11 parent firm leases around 1.70 lakh sq ft commercial space in Mumbai’s Worli for over ₹334 cr

  • The parent firm, Sporta Technologies’ five-year lease covers office units on the 4th, 6th, 7th & 8th floors
  • The starting monthly rent from February 2026 is ₹5 cr, with a 4.75% annual escalation
  • The monthly rent for subsequent years are: ₹5.31 crore (Year 2), ₹5.57 crore (Year 3), ₹5.83 crore (Year 4) and ₹6.11 crore (Year 5)
  • The office space measures 2,619 sq ft carpet is located on the 7th floor and includes 135 car parkings

7. Top 28 listed realty firms sell ₹92,500 cr worth properties in Apr-Sep, Prestige Group leads

  • DLF Ltd ranked second and achieved ₹15,757 cr in pre-sales during the same period

  • Prestige Estates led the sector with ₹18,143 cr in pre-sales, the highest among all listed developers

  • Additionally, the office, previously owned by US-based Apicore Pharmaceuticals, has now been acquired by NCC Ltd for potential self-use

9. Mindspace REIT acquires three commercial properties in Mumbai, Pune for ₹2,916 cr

  • Mindspace REIT portfolio consists of 5 integrated business parks & 6 independent office across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad & Chennai
  • Assets include Ascent – Worli (0.45 msf), a Pune office building (0.1 msf), and The Square Avenue 98 in BKC Annexe (0.2 msf)
  • The properties are located in Worli, Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC Annexe) in Mumbai, and Kalyani Nagar in Pune
  • Mindspace REIT, sponsored by K Raheja Corp, has acquired 3 assets totalling 8 lakh sq ft in Mumbai and Pune

10. ICRA pegs net office absorption at record in FY26 across six major cities

  • Experts expect vacancy levels to decline to 12.5–13% by the end of this fiscal year.

  • Net absorption refers to physically occupied area minus physically vacated area in a given period
  • ICRA projects net office space absorption to reach 69–70 mn sq ft this fiscal across India’s top six cities
  • The top six cities tracked include Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, MMR & Pune
