5. Google LLC Leases 617,000 sq ft Office Property in Gurugram

Google has leased the office space at Atrium Place, Gurugram, a DLF–Hines joint venture in Sector 19.

6. India’s Office Space Stock Crosses 1 Billion sq ft in Q3 2025

Gross leasing in the first nine months of 2025 reached 66.7 million sq ft, a 24% year-on-year increase.

8. MMRDA to Auction Wadala Plot After 15 Years, Eyes ₹1,629 Crore Windfall

The 10,860 sq m plot will be leased to private developers for 80 years, with a permissible Floor Space Index (FSI) of 10, allowing up to 108,600 sq m of built-up area.
