Adani Realty gets prime MSRDC’s 24-acre Bandra Reclamation redevelopment project

1. Adani offered 23% revenue share v/s 18% offered by L&T
2. There were only 3 bidders due to eligibility criteria of ₹15,000 crs net worth
3. To provide MSRDC with a fully furnished 50,000 sq ft office within a 5 km radius
4. This Land is allocated for both commercial & residential development
