both the rental and the sale transactions hitting a peak.<\/p>\n<p>The persistent strength over the past few months has started reflecting in the nature of negotiations with developers, the reduction in availability of supply as well as pricing for both the primary and secondary sales market as well as rental values which jumped up from the rentals seen during pre-covid times.<\/p>\n<p>While there were apprehensions on the continuity of the momentum, the numbers for the first 2 months of the financial year should allay these concerns.
