is currently at 0.2<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The company is currently active in Mumbai, Pune &amp; Bengaluru, may enter a fourth city as it expands its operations<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Indiabulls Real Estate loss widens to \u20b91,038 cr in FY24<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (IBREL) continued its downward trajectory with another quarter of widening losses.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The company has posted for net loss at \u20b91,038 crs which are significantly higher than the net loss of \u20b9 608 cr in 2022-23.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Total income also fell to \u20b9 469 cr during 2023-24 from \u20b9 648 cr in the preceding year<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Indiabulls real estate is way past its glorious days when it listed in 2007 at a price of \u20b9380 and currently trades at \u20b9136 after 17 years<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Provident Housing secures \u20b91150 Cr investment from HDFC Capital<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Provident Housing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of real estate developer Purvankara Ltd.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Funds to develop 6.2 mn sq ft of residential projects<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>This adds to the current 14.8 mn sq ft with a GDV of \u20b917,100 Crs, to be delivered over the next five to six years<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Provident completes 15.1 mn sq ft of projects in nine cities across India, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa, Kochi, Mumbai, and Pune.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Deepinder Goyal bought 5 acres for \u20b979 cr in Delhi\u2019s biggest land deal in FY24<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The land purchased is in Dera Mandi which is a popular market in the heart of Old Delhi, India<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>This transaction was the largest land deal in Delhi during this period, overshadowing other major transactions that primarily occurred in Gurugram and Noida.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>In other large transactions, Ganga Realty bought 8.35-acre parcel in Gurugram&#8217;s sector 84 for \u20b9132 cr while Experion Developers purchases 4-acre plot on Golf Course Road for \u20b9400 cr.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Haryana RERA imposes \u20b9 50 lakh penalty on developer for misleading advertisement<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Penalty imposed on Countrywide Promoters Private Limited for publishing a misleading advertisement<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Countrywide is developing an affordable plotted colony Green Oaks at Sector 70A in Gurugram<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>One full-page contains a photo of a garden\/park (Garden of Dreams) and the other page displays a picture of a club, \u201cwhich is not part of the project\u201d.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ad also showed facilities like squash court, state of the art club house, covered pool &amp;
