for \u20b967.5 crs<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Ajit Isaac, the MD of Quess Corp, has secured the most expensive property deal in Bangalore, acquiring a sprawling 10,000 square feet plot for a staggering Rs 67.5 crore<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The per sq ft price of the deal works out to be around \u20b970,300 per sq ft, making it the most expensive deal in Bengaluru so far<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Plot is in Koramangala 3rd block, popularly known as \u2018Billionaire\u2019s street\u2019\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Other high-profile residents include Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, Kris Gopalakrishnan, Dr Devi Shetyy of Narayana Health, Flipkart founders Sachin and Binny Bansal<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ED provisionally attaches Raj Kundra&#8217;s assets worth \u20b998 cr in Bitcoin ponzi scheme case<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Raj Kundra under investigation for money laundering in an alleged \u20b96,600 crore Bitcoin-based ponzi scam<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Attached properties include a Juhu residential flat owned by Shilpa Shetty, a Pune bungalow, and equity shares owned by Raj Kundra.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>properties abroad, per the Enforcement Directorate.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Kundra received 285 Bitcoins from the \u201cmastermind\u201d &amp; promoter of the scam, Amit Bhardwaj, for setting up a Bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MahaRERA directs L&amp;T to deduct only 2% while terminating booking of NRI homebuyer<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>UAE based buyer booked flat in March 2018 in a project known as Emerald Isle located in Powai in Mumbai<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The customer had paid \u20b9 25 lakh of the total cost of \u20b9 2.29 cr<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>However, L&amp;T later terminated the booking due to non-payment of the balance money.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>L&amp;T offered \u20b917 lakh to the homebuyer by deducting over \u20b9 8 lakh but MahaRERA directed L&amp;T to not deduct more than 2% of the paid-up amount<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ED attaches FD worth \u20b9 113 cr of Supreme Construction&#8217;s director<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Assets attached include a home in Aambey Valley, residential &amp;
